Overview
The Digital Marketing role is crucial to our organization's success, as it is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. The role plays a major part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic and acquiring leads and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, and PPC
- Oversee social media strategies
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns
- Manage and improve online content
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
- Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of digital marketing and how content marketing and social media marketing work together
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
