We are seeking a skilled and driven Digital Marketing Associate with a strong background in lead generation and hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies through various digital channels, focusing on generating quality leads for our eCommerce business.
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels to maximize ROI.
- Content & Ad Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad content that aligns with campaign goals and effectively drives user engagement and conversions.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Utilize audience data and behavior analysis to refine targeting and enhance campaign effectiveness for high-quality lead generation.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities and keep strategies competitive and innovative.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on eCommerce and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other digital marketing platforms.
