About the role:

As a Performance Marketing expert, you will be responsible for executing and managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. In this role, you'll develop, implement, and optimize performance-focused strategies across key digital channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, data analytics, and creative to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and contribute to overall growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own complete operations on Meta Ads, Google Ads - and Adwords from campaign creation to reporting
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing detailed reports and insights on campaign performance. Use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• A clear understanding of CPA, CPI, CTR, CPM, CPC and other funnel metrics
• Track and measure performance at different levels and come up with actionable insights
• Should be very savvy and be able to evaluate multiple platforms, onboard partners, and manage campaigns.
• Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns through A/B testing, bid strategies, audience targeting, and creative adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules, modify activity and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations and plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Qualification:

• 1-2 years of experience in campaign management/managing Google ads/Meta Ads
• Experience in app install & engagement campaigns
• Hands-on excel experience
• Have hands-on experience on reporting and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Third-party App measurement platforms, etc

What will help your application stand out:

• Handled performance Google, Meta in hyper-growth for at least 1-2 years
• Excellent analytical skills. Prior experience with analytical tools like Appsflyer, Mixpanel and Amplitude is preferred.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
