Job Description

Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with clients business objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating marketing strategies and performance updates.
Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations showcasing the effectiveness of campaigns and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, integrating them into the agencys strategies.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to make informed decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for motivating and developing team members.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms are a plus.
