Job Description
Location: Guwahati (WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY)
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with clients business objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating marketing strategies and performance updates.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations showcasing the effectiveness of campaigns and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, integrating them into the agency's strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for motivating and developing team members.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms are a plus.
