Job Description: Digital Marketing Assistant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Content Writing:
- Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms including blogs, website copy, email newsletters, and advertisements.
- Develop content strategies aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistency in style, tone, and brand voice.
- Collaborate with designers, marketing team members, and external influencers to produce high-quality content.

Social Media Post Creation:
- Manage and oversee social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase audience engagement and drive traffic to the app.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities.
- Analyze social media insights (e.g., traffic, engagement metrics) and adjust strategies as needed.

Creative Creation:
- Design visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including images, infographics, and videos.
- Ensure all creative assets are on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and messaging.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into creative projects.

Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for management.
- Experience with PPC campaigns and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
