- Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will involve developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Kommuno.com and its offerings. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space and driving website traffic and user engagement.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
Create engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns.- Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
Performance Analysis:- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Conduct ongoing analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement improvements for content optimization.- Use a variety of tools to analyze website traffic and user behavior to understand the effectiveness of campaigns.
SEO and SEM:- Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO.
Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.Strategy Development:
Develop and implement link-building strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or related field.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
