We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Develop and Implement Campaigns: Create and manage effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Content Creation: Develop and manage content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels.
SEO and SEM Optimization:
Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and run SEM campaigns to boost online presence.Social Media Management:
Create, manage, and grow the company's presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other strategically relevant online properties.Email Marketing: Plan and execute all email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use Google Analytics and other tools to track and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and ROI.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, and develop strategies to attract and retain customers.Collaboration:
Work with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Paid Advertising: Manage online paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their digital marketing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, MailChimp).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush).
Creative Skills:
Strong writing skills with an ability to create compelling and engaging content.Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
