Job Description

Social Media Marketing
  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies and paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Focus on community building, influencer marketing, and creating engaging content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Content Marketing
  • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across blogs, social media, and landing pages.
  • Produce compelling content that tells stories and encourages audience engagement, including copy-writing and content creation tailored for different platforms (e.g., images and videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc).
Influencer Marketing
  • Identify, negotiate, and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand messages.
  • Develop and implement strategies for leveraging both micro and macro-influencers to enhance brand visibility.
SEO for Social Media
  • Implement SEO strategies across social media profiles and posts, focusing on:
  • Profile Optimization: Optimize usernames, handles, profile names, bios, and profile links for searchability.
  • Post Optimization: Create keyword-rich captions, utilize relevant hashtags, and geotag posts to enhance discoverability.
  • Consistent Posting and Engagement: Ensure regular updates and actively engage with users to foster community interaction.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools to understand what resonates with audiences.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and insights.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques, specifically for social media.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying and negotiating with influencers.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure performance and drive strategy.
  • Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
