Job Overview:The Digital Marketer will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online presence across various platforms, including social media and our company website. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in SEO, social media management, content creation, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will be adept at increasing brand awareness, driving traffic to our websites, and engaging our target audience.
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.- Create, curate, and publish engaging content on all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.
- Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and other interactions.
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and SEO-friendly.
- Work with web developers and designers to optimize site performance and user experience.
Track and analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform SEO strategy.- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website rankings.
Monitor and report on SEO performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Develop high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and effective content.
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Use analytics tools to track the performance of digital marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media platforms, and website management.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
