As a Digital Learning Experience Developer, you will be working on creating on-demand and some instructor-led learning solutions for all segments of Thomson Reuters. As part of the Partner Enablement team, you will work closely with Partner Engagement Specialist, Managers, Assistant Managers, Leads, and other Subject Matter Experts to source content or work on already sourced content. .
The Content Developer creates and coordinates the production of raw content to be used in the creation of eLearning, eTraining and Video-based training programs. As the central, primary coordinator of this material for a particular asset class, the Developer designs the curriculum plan for that segment in consultation with the manager (for example, which training channel is used to deploy which training, and how courses, modules and topics are designed to work together.)
About the Role:
In this role as a Digital Learning Experience Developer, you will:
The incumbent works with key managers and subject matter experts to gather needed materials and content. This documentation and all necessary checks and sign-offs is critical to develop training that meets end-user needs.
The incumbent must have significant, demonstrable experience in the production or presentation of content based on instructional design strategies.
The incumbent collaborates closely with different areas of Knowledge Live, Marketing, subject matter experts, management, and any other parts of the overall business.
Content created by this role will enable the delivery of training within the given timeframes and productivity parameters.
Learning Development :
With already existing knowledge in building learning courses, you will create clear and concise learning modules and solutions for various learner personas.
You must be aware of the basics of content development concepts such as colour schemes and visualization.
Course material is being developed in multiple languages; however, the job seeker is not expected to know foreign languages. You must, however, possess good English skills (spoken and written).
Quality is paramount and is expected out of all projects and tasks assigned. Maintain world-class quality standards for training content, employing the fundamental principles of instructional design.
Collaborate with different functions within the team and the overall business.
Assist with the conversion of instructor-led training scripts into on-demand learning storyboards, scripts and deliverables.
About You:
You are a fit for the role of Digital Learning Experience Developer if your background includes:
You are well versed in authoring tools. A must have knowledge in Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond, and Adobe Suite. Good to have knowledge in tools like WellSaid.
You must have an ability to create engaging learning content.
You must have the ability follow storyboards and develop learning modules with great quality.
You must have good knowledge on MS Office tools such as PPT and Word.
Communication comes naturally to you and are able to put your point across to all the various stakeholders, peers, and colleagues accurately.
SharePoint being the content management system, you must be aware of managing content on the application meticulously or have equivalent experience in a different content management tool.
All content is hosted on a sales LMS called Mind Tickle. The role expects you to learn the tool and upload content to the system with minimal errors. You will be responsible to flag issues that arise during the process.
Experience Required : 3 - 5 Years of related experience
Work from office 2 days in a week (Mandatory)
