Main Purpose:
The incumbent will be part of in Trafigura Global Services Private Limited (TGS) and will lead Business Process Digitalisation initiatives from Functional/Quality Assurance perspective.
Enable the delivery of Automation projects by completing the detailed business process analysis, requirement gathering, defining functional requirements and verifying cases for change
. The candidate will manage relationships and expectations with business stakeholders, sponsors and support development and cloud teams throughout the entire delivery lifecycle
The candidate will also take ownership of existing RPA solutions and delivery/support of the same.

- Work with the Solution Architects to finalize the Solution Design and optimise business processes
- Detail story elaboration to enable the Automation
- Support development teams to ensure a solution meets its business requirements
- Strategize QA and UAT of solutions basis kind of Process Automation delivery.
- Handle Change, Relationship and Communication with Business, DTT & IT partners
- Ensure Post release Stability
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of overall experience in leading organizations
- Have good understanding of complete SDLC, Agile delivery, Quality Assurance, Requirement analysis, Process Automation, Project management.
- having good knowledge of Databases, Automation principles.
- Technology wise have good understanding of Microservice Architecture, Cloud platform concepts, Event based architecture.
Skills:
- Consistent record to act as a link between the business and development team, translating business concepts into requirements that are implementable
- Knowledge of areas such as commodity trading, invoicing, taxation, accounting and settlement will be add-on.
- Quick learner
- Good problem identification and solving skills.
- Strong on Numeric/Analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong academic background, logical thinking, precise understanding and clear articulation
- Work with vendor partner.
