The role holder has the responsibility to drive and manage the digital transformation journey of the bank in line with the long-term objectives. The role holder is expected to collaborate with cross functional team to gather requirements for digital transformation, stimulate & promote new digital capabilities, ensuring best in class user experience for the clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and implement the digital strategy in line with banks values, objectives and priorities.
- Manage spends & value targets for digital transformation, track the monthly performance and report progress.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to gather requirements for digital transformation, stimulate and promote new digital capabilities.
- Manage relationships with third party digital delivery partners, focusing on performance management against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Work with IT digital transformation team to regularly monitor & review performance, suggest ideas for improvements and enhancing efficiency.
- Develop training material & documentation for internal business users, keeping it up-to-date and coordinate on-going training sessions.
- Develop & manage project plans including resource and cost estimates.
- Active involvement in internal testing & UAT phases, manage the defect backlog and clarify requirements wherever necessary.
- Explore the ecosystem (internal / external) and inject new insights for digital specific cases.
- Prepare dashboards on key metrics for senior management.
- Assure adherence to regulatory guidelines set by the bank.
- Communicating with IT leads to identify opportunities for utilization and collaboration.
- Ensure best practices and processes across the digital transformation team for the consistent delivery of digital projects.
- Stay abreast with global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets.
- Create a culture of agility, elite performance, and innovation.
Education Qualification
Graduation BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) / BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) / B.Tech (Bachelor in Technology) / B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) / B.E. (Bachelor in Engineering) / B.Sc (Bachelor of Science)
Post-graduation MBA (Master of Business Administration) / PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) / MCA (Master of Computer Application) / M.Tech (Master in Technology)
Experience 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
