We are looking for skilled individuals to enhance our Intelligence and Capabilities team in the role of Business Analysts (BA).
As a BA, your role is pivotal in connecting business goals with user journeys, technology digital habits by applying design thinking methods to craft solutions and applications that precisely meet user needs.

Job Description
Gathering and analyzing business requirements:
Analyzing business Problem/Opportunity:
Gather information through interviews, surveys, and workshops.
Use Data modeling, empathy mapping, process mapping, or other techniques to analyze the situation.
Analyze the root causes of the stated problems.
Identify areas where business processes can be improved.
Maintain documentation and reports that detail findings, outcomes, and recommendations.
Developing solutions:
Work with stakeholders to develop solutions that meet business requirements.
Define the solution requirements: data, integration, perfect process, user interface, and user experience.
Create functional specifications and design prototypes.
Communicate requirements , proposed design, and process clearly to business stakeholders, developers, and technical leads.
Delivering the solutions:
Communicating with stakeholders:
Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide status updates on project progress.
Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
