Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative Digital Content Producer to craft engaging video content and manage our social media presence. In this role, you will oversee the entire video production process and develop strategies to effectively promote our content across various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand's voice and marketing objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with campaign and creative teams to brainstorm and develop captivating video content ideas. Implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our online presence.
- Pre-Production: Plan and organize video shoots, including writing scripts, creating storyboards, and managing all logistics.
- Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all social media platforms.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a vibrant online community.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content relevant and impactful.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to promote events, product launches, and campaigns through social media.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media and video performance metrics, offering insights to refine our strategies and improve engagement.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in scriptwriting and social media management.
- Strong storytelling skills and a good eye for visual composition.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content and social media.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
