Duties:
Designs and develops routine digital content for global customer and channel segments. Partners with other areas of the business to deliver seamless and intuitive communication and engagement experiences.
Develop and deliver defined digital features, functionality and outcomes that align and meet content strategy objectives, while recommending and selecting the best available approach and digital delivery method to drive engagement.
Perform and implement techniques, such as voice of the customer initiatives, journey mapping, qualitative touchpoint analysis, to identify customer/channel pain points, challenges, and hurdles.
Support the implementation of differentiating customer experiences, tools, technology, and processes, including A-B testing.
Build effective, collaborative relationships with diverse groups of people while fostering a highly engaged, positive, and energized work environment.
Deliver projects within defined time and quality parameters and ensures adherence to publishing standards for all content, including appropriate documentation and application of brand guidelines and positioning.
Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital content design and experiences.
Assurance work outcomes meet regulatory and legal compliance requirements, reporting instances or escalating issues as appropriate.
Demonstrate learning agility through experimentation, learning from both success and failures to drive improvements in own work and/or outcomes. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology and industry best practices through ongoing education, training, and personal development.Required:
1 or more years of experience in digital content creation copywriting, graphic design, user experience
1 or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams and adjusting working styles to achieve desired outcomes
Understanding of User Experience principles to create designs that align with brand identity and tone, contributing to the delivery of seamless and intuitive customer experiences
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong communication, documentation, organizational and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate clearly to audiences of all levelsDesired :
Knowledge and experience with content development tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Premiere and/or Articulate 360
Knowledge and experience with video and audio tools such as Camtasia and/or Audacity
Knowledge and experience with content management platforms, such as WIDEN, TeamSite and/or Core Media
Knowledge of John Deere's distribution channels and their practices
Experience working in the Financial Services industry
Experience working with global teamsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, instructional design/technology, or equivalent related experience
