Who are we looking for
As a Digital Content Creator, you will have a big impact on the growth of the company because of the significant role you play as you take our learning centre videos, product and knowledge base documentation to the next level for our customers.
As your primary objective, you will own the learning centre videos, product documentation, knowledge base and be responsible for planning and coordinating your work with product development, QA and Customer Experience departments, as well as shaping and executing on the documentation strategy for our product.
Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating digital content including videos, articles etc
- Assist with designing process and solutions to positively impact the customer experience.
- Translate business and technical requirement documentation into easily understood descriptions of system functionality for use by the non-technical teams and management.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, business units, Solutions Architects and SMEs to consolidate input for analysis and decision/action.
- You'll participate in our learning community, recognize trends and topics of interest, and create content that meets the needs of our customers.
- Create clear concise instructions in help.
- Able to create a one voice online help. Ensure consistency across help.
- Able to take technical language and make it into persona appropriate language
- Content strategy (technical not marketing) experience. Record short videos to showcase the usability of newly released features
- Writing and updating client-facing documentation, including technical white papers, user guides and online help that is compliant and responsive to requirements.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop content for how the platform can provide solutions
- Enhance the business communication skills for the team by providing training or reviewing their work and providing relevant feedback to respective team members.
Technical Qualifications/ Role Requirements (Must - Have Skills)
- Minimum of 4 years experience as in digital content creation
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of working with tone of voice guidelines and adopting them in technical writing
- Be experienced with agile processes. Fundamental understanding of software development processes and procedures
- We do like to see your own samples of an outstanding user manual, a white paper, training material or similar
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment
- You are structured and disciplined
- You pay strong attention to details and quality
- You are independent and good at planning and driving your own work.
