About the
role:
We are looking for a highly creative digital marketing manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations digital campaign planning and execution. Your goal is to help grow Dibber's influence globally and locally while also increasing brand awareness and lead generation. You will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition and SEO campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth. As a leader you will create a sustainable workplace for your team with the right tools, competence and engagement to meet future

Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and incr
ease ROI. Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google A
nalytics. Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative
analysis. Set and track KPIs effectively for campaign management and opt
imization Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strateg
ic KPIs). Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation. Utilize A/B testing to arrive at informed campaign d
ecisions. Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per acquisition (CPA) across all
channels. Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy. Work towards organic search optimization and ROI max
imization Regularly perform thorough keywords research. Identify key SEO KPIs. Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and o
ther KPIs Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences through digital marketing and SEO. Understanding and mapping of intent to buyer behavior and digital marketing

Required Qualification
s
/ Skills:
9+ years of experience as a Performance and SEO Specialist in a global organisation. Prior working experience with education industry
(preferred) Skillsets required: Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEM & SEO, Paid Search, Competitive Analysis, Display Advertising, PPC, Marketing Automation
, Reporting Experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriente
d channels. In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in ads manager, Google Ads, and Goog
le AdWords. Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with st
akeholders. Experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy. Experience in web analytics. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with SEO tools like SE
MRush, Moz. Expertise in A/B and other test
