Position Overview:

The Digital Business Head is responsible for leading and managing the digital business strategy, driving growth, and ensuring the successful execution of digital initiatives. This role involves overseeing digital marketing, e-commerce, online sales, and digital product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital business management, strategic planning, and a proven track record of driving digital transformation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement the digital business strategy to achieve the company's growth and revenue goals.
  • Lead the digital business team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital advancements.
  1. Digital Marketing and Sales:
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage the e-commerce strategy, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Drive online sales growth through effective digital sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
  1. Product Development and Management:
  • Lead the development and management of digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure the digital products are aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
  1. Data Analytics and Optimization:
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor and analyze the performance of digital initiatives.
  • Identify insights and opportunities for optimization to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall business performance.
  • Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve digital experiences.
  1. Customer Experience and Engagement:
  • Enhance the digital customer experience by leveraging user-centric design and personalized content.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty through digital channels.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of customer interactions across all digital platforms.
  1. Team Development and Management:
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital business team.
  • Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages professional growth and development.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the digital business budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify areas for cost optimization, and ensure ROI on digital investments.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital business management, digital marketing, or e-commerce, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and digital product development.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
