About the role
As a senior member of the Digital Growth team, you will be a key driver of the digital growth of Orange Business, playing a critical role in supporting and steering the digital transformation at both company and business levels. Your advanced expertise will be essential in architecting digital marketing tools and implementing and tuning Tag Management Systems to ensure robust data collection and tracking.
You will be an integral part of a dynamic team of over 15 professionals based in Bangalore and France. This team boasts expertise in digital marketing tools, conversion rate optimization for digital journeys, user feedback and score optimization, advanced studies, and data visualization tools. As a Digital Analytics Implementation Manager, you will lead initiatives in tools architecture and collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers, and IT developers to enhance the digital experience for our customers and drive business growth through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and management of Tag Management Systems, ensuring robust data collection and tracking across all digital platforms and tools.
- Develop and maintain JavaScript code for web analytics, ensuring seamless integration with various digital tools and platforms.
- Work with the analytics engineers to ensure data consistency and accuracy across all digital platforms, implementing rigorous validation and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with senior product owners, UX designers, and IT developers to define and implement tracking requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with digital growth analysts and analytics engineers to enable accurate tracking and reporting of campaigns for stakeholders.
Deliverables:
- Comprehensive tagging plans and documentation, ensuring clear and consistent tracking across all digital platforms.
- Accurate and timely updates to the tags for sustained data collection and reporting.
- Implementation of the necessary tags and tracking for digital campaigns.
- Collaboration with analysts to ensure accuracy of reports for stakeholders.
- Regular updates and maintenance of tracking systems, ensuring ongoing data accuracy and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tagging issues in a timely manner by partnering with product owners and IT developers.
About you
Key Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities (must have):
- Expertise in Tag Management Systems (Tealium, Google Tag Manager) with at least 8 years of experience in implementing and managing complex tagging solutions.
- Proficient in JavaScript, with a strong understanding of web development and analytics.
- Hands-on experience in digital campaign trafficking and tracking with UTM parameters.
- Proven experience in working with senior business and IT stakeholders to deploy tagging solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and resolve tracking and tagging issues.
- Structured and rigorous approach to work, with a focus on data reliability and consistency.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment, collaborating effectively with teams across different regions.
- Tools - Tag Management System Tealium and Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, User feedback tools, UX analytics tools.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with web tracking tools like Google Analytics 4, providing deep insights into user behaviour and engagement.
- Familiarity with user feedback tools and UX analytics tools, enabling a comprehensive understanding of user experience.
Education Qualifications: BE/Diploma/Degree
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in Tag Management Systems (Tealium, Google Tag Manager) and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics Certification) is preferred.
- Diploma or certification in Web Analytics or Digital Marketing is preferred.
