The GFE Digital transformation and Adoption team works to implement and manage transformation and adoption initiatives that improve the productivity, scale, and experience of our field teams specifically and Splunkers overall. You are innovative, visionary and customer service focused, a calm and dependable problem-solver who uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to get things done for the benefit of Splunkers or partners. And most importantly, you are an individual who wonders What if and are passionate about seeking out the solution.
You will play a meaningful role in how we bring data to everything with your expertise and passion to help address the transformation and adoption needs across GTM, IT, Finance, HCM and Enablement organizations at Splunk. Your knowledge of GTM systems and processes and your can-do, collaborative skills will ensure that internal Splunkers and partners have seamless experience while bringing systems and process transformation by building digital adoption strategies. You will act as a SME and collaborate with organizations at Splunk to build automation resulting in excellent user experience and productivity gain.
Responsibilities I Want To And Can Do That
- Strong collaboration skills; able to work well with others in a fast-paced and growing business.
- Deliver and maintain Digital Adoption solutions of Global Field Enablement to ensure it provides seamless experience for the internal team as well as the end user.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization largely focused on GTM and Enablement motions.
- Implement digital adoption strategies while delivering solutions across the organization including GTM, Finance, IT, HCM, Enablement and all.
- Define and lead the on-boarding experience for new hires across Sellers, SEs and CSMs roles.
- Participate in the solutioning, design, development, implementation and support of DAP solutions.
- Recommend process improvements while implementing them leading to users productivity and performance optimization.
- Share insights and metrics with stakeholders and share best practices and recommendations for improvement.

- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating complex information in an easy-to-understand format. Able to interact comfortably with the cross functional team
- Ability to think creatively; highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Strong collaboration skills; able to work well with others in a fast-paced and growing business
- Confluence, JIRA, lucidchart, OKTA, Sailpoint, Workday, Anaplan, SAP Ariba, Workday experience a plus
- Experience with Salesforce, WalkMe, Whatfix, MindTickle and Showpad,
- Experience working within complex projects involving multiple teams
- 8+ years of digital adoption experience
- 8+ years of consulting experience

Education Got it!
- BS in Computer Information Systems, IT, or equivalent, Business focus a plus or 6+ years of equivalent experience in Integration, Digital Adoption, Enablement, Systems & Tools, or System Administration/ Operations.

Base Pay Range
India
Base Pay INR 2,560,000.00 - 3,520,000.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate.
In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
