Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Digital Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers across various online channels which will help the Bank's digital growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition across channels such as PPC, SEO, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, including budget management, bid strategy, ad creative development, and performance analysis.
- Conduct keyword research and optimization for SEO campaigns to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels and tactics to expand our digital footprint and reach target audiences effectively.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and effective marketing assets that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, implementing new strategies and tools as necessary.
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and analytics teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Acquisition Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully driving customer acquisition through digital channels.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics including PPC, SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing within [industry/sector].
