DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER (CLIENT SERVICING)

JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

The Account Manager is entrusted with ensuring client satisfaction and the seamless execution of digital marketing strategies. This pivotal role entails fostering client relationships, crafting captivating digital content, and staying attuned to industry trends to deliver impactful solutions.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Devise and implement bespoke digital marketing strategies tailored to assigned clients.
  • Proactively nurture client relationships alongside Group - Account Managers, addressing their needs and ensuring utmost satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group - Account Managers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the client's business objectives and target audiences.
  • Craft and curate compelling digital content aligned with client objectives to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough industry and competitor research to inform and enhance client portfolios.
  • Participate actively in client presentations, prepare comprehensive reports, and lead productive client meetings to drive strategic alignment.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously innovate and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as creative, content, and technical departments to ensure seamless execution and delivery of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing platforms, technologies, and best practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and pitch materials to support business development efforts and acquire new clients.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster their professional development and growth.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and financial reporting for client accounts.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and knowledge sharing among team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or client servicing roles.
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of social media trends and digital advertising methodologies.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills to foster fruitful partnerships.
  • Showcase proficiency in data analysis to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
