Responsibilities:
You will play a key role in driving the digital marketing efforts and optimizing our online presence to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Lead the planning and implementation of digital campaigns, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize digital customer journeys, enhancing user experience and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies and leverage them to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing tools and platforms, and train team members on their effective use.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement digital strategies that align with business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Experience with various digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management systems, marketing automation software, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
