Job Description

Ardent Co. is a multi-disciplinary advisory firm that enables organizations and leaders to design and execute communications, public policy, and research engagements. A young consultancy operating in stealth mode, Ardent Co. is advising and executing numerous high-priority engagements in mobility, healthcare services, consulting, public health, the digital economy, etc. Ardent Co. has been established with a defined vision codified in its manifesto to re-align the wheel and deepen the vertical depth across interventions and is capitalizing on an-exponential growth driven by coherence and intellect-powered engagements.

Our Expectations for the Role:

  • Develop and execute digital communication strategies across multiple channels (social media, email, website, etc.) to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Plan and create engaging content (text, image, and video) for various digital platforms, ensuring that it aligns with the brand's voice and tone.
  • Maintaining internal and external digital corporate communications platforms, working to make sure they are secure, accurate, and have the best possible user experience, analyzing digital communication campaign metrics, providing regular reports on campaign performance, and identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Manage websites and blogs using WordPress, MODX, and others.
  • Optimize our website and landing pages for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • analyze circumstances accurately, determine public relations consequences, and recommend effective courses of action.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital communications strategies remain innovative and effective.

Key Requirements:

  • Any combination of training and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree with a major in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related degree.
  • At least three years of experience creating and managing digital communications initiatives and three years of increasingly responsible writing/editing experience. strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and data analysis.
  • experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Hubspot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
  • a passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with industry trends.
