Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Proactively manage client expectations and provide strategic guidance on digital marketing initiatives.
2. Social Media Understanding:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Guide clients on social media strategies, content planning, and platform-specific tactics.
- Analyze and interpret social media metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
3. Internal Liaisoning:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and design to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Communicate client requirements and feedback to the team and ensure alignment on project deliverables.
4. Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
- Understand and leverage various digital channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns, providing actionable insights to clients.
5. Communication Skills:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and strategies effectively.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
