Job Description

  • The incumbent wilbe expected to be the rainmaker for DigiMRO who shalbe managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment Customer NPS. The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies.

Role Responsibilities

Business development:

  • l Ensure Sales Margin budget achievement on weekly monthly basis.
  • l Maintain expand business relationship with assigned SIs (National Regional project SI's) by providing excellent support experience with ADI.
  • l Work closely with vendors to get their mind share support on project opportunities, project registration with vendors for exclusive/elevated support. Collaborate with PMM for such opportunities.
  • l Implement sales strategy generate/execute large value business deals.
  • l Technical Competency- Participate in all assigned training modules to gain product knowledge.
  • l Update customers about the various marketing and promotions schemes, new products launches.
  • l Deploy WAYBE (What Are You Buying Elsewhere) strategy to identifies opportunities to penetrate customer accounts with additional products knowing about their customer vertical (end-user) to align ADI products/brand offerings.
  • l Coordinate with respective support function to provide the necessary pre--post sales support to customers.

Reporting Systems

  • l Reports to Zonal Manager.
  • l Ensure periodic reporting on- Sales/ OB/ Funnel updates.

Collections

  • l Ensure timely collection of all outstanding receivables.
  • l Help in resolving all outstanding reconciliation issues on a periodic basis

Training Support

  • l Ensure high level of technical competency, participate in all assigned product trainings.
  • l Align technical support to resolve issues related after-sales-support / warranty etc.

Market Intelligence and Analysis

  • l Continuously monitor developments in the market competition activities and ensure timely communication to Sales Leaders respective product marketing manager.

Qualification Experience
Essential/ Desirable
Work Experience
  • l 8-12 years experienced in managing project business.
  • l Preferred from Security Fire low voltage industry.
  • l Strong account management relationship building skills.
  • l Highly self-motivated with aptitude in building long lasting relationships.
  • l Strong communication, interpersonal presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and head strong personality.
