Diesel Mechanic (Technician II)

Description

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic (Technician II) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and systems. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and systems
• Perform regular maintenance on diesel engines and systems
• Troubleshoot and solve problems with diesel engines and systems
• Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Perform engine overhauls and rebuilds
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic (Technician II)
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair diesel engines and systems
• Experience performing regular maintenance on diesel engines and systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with diesel engines and systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Experience performing engine overhauls and rebuilds
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
