• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer requests for diamond information, including melee/parcel goods, with attention to quality and timeliness
• Negotiate diamond prices with suppliers and perform basic quality control when necessary
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to address quality or pricing issues with customers and suppliers
• Work with our Supplier Relationships team to maintain positive relationships and encourage adoption of any necessary changes
• Manage diamond holds and pricing requests from customers, and secure replacement stones when required

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in the diamond/jewelry industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or college graduate
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and tech-savvy
• Experience with exports and logistics is a plus
