Roles and Responsibilities
- Guide patients in determining their health goals and help them achieve these by monitoring and managing their conditions.
- Support patients in co-developing customized meal and lifestyle plans and encourage them to follow it.
- Assist top BeatO specialist doctors (diabetologists), who design the medical course of action, and be a key coordinator between the doctors and patients.
- Foster support and empowerment amongst the patients and their families by guiding their condition empathetically.
- Expected to work proactively in helping patients via weekly follow-ups and ensuring they achieve maximum results and satisfaction
Experience and Skills
- Certified Diabetes Educator or Health Coach preferred but not mandatory.
- Prefer min 1 year experience in the same domain
- Strong understanding of industry requirements, processes, and procedures for Dieticians and Diabetes Educators.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to utilize diverse modes of communication.
- Ability to work in teams and adapt communication style to suit different stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills help keep you on track during rapidly changing situations.
- Growth mindset and the desire to constantly learn and improve.
- Passionate in building relationships with patients and willingness to help others as a frontline care provider.
- Comfortable with using various digital platforms and a remote delivery model in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong consideration for candidates with multi-lingual abilities.
