Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering is looking for a Assistant Professor
Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering (DCE), a sprout of the esteemed Dhanalakshmi Educational Trust was set up near Tambaram at Chennai in the year 2001-2002.
The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to the Anna University (Chennai). The institution is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
Presently college is having vacancies for the post of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor in the Department of CSE, AI & DS, CSE (Cyber Security), AI & ML, IT.
Tasks
Teaching: Create assignments, teach classes, and administer tests.
Research: Conduct research, write articles for academic journals, and publish studies, papers, and reports.
Student guidance: Provide guidance to students on course choices, programs, and other academic requirements.
Departmental responsibilities: Help with departmental duties, participate in faculty and departmental meetings, and provide academic support to other staff.
Representing the university: Attend seminars and conferences on behalf of the university and give presentations.
Supervising students: Supervise experiments and investigations, and provide feedback to professors and department heads on student progress.
Communication: Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and orally.
Hiring and guiding new staff: Scout, hire, and guide new teaching assistants and other junior personnel.
Grant proposals:Create applications and draft grant proposals to obtain funds for conducting studies
Requirements
M.E. Computer Science and Engineering graduates with good communication and subject knowledge in AI&DS, AI&ML, Cyber Security, CSE, IT.
