Job Description



  • Preheater, kiln, silos & clinker tank construction and Modification Projects
  • Plan co-ordinate and implement new construction and modification projects within the budgeted cost and time.
  • Safety: Implement all Civil projects and maintenance activities to meet safety standards
  • Manage and execute the project roadmap from civil point of view for the site to create value for the business
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
  • Complete Construction Project Planning Processes
  • Manage civil contractors to enable completion of one's site within timelines
  • Achieve all budgeted cost targets for construction of one's site as per the project plan
  • Mass concreting Equipment & concrete specs /Quality control & monitoring experience
