Lead Plant IT Support & Operation as Single Point of Contact
Maintaining & Ensuring the Uptime of all internal IT/OT hardware like Desktops, Laptops, Network Switches, Media converts, CCTV, EPABX etc.
Responsible for maintaining the uptime of all servers, storage etc used for plant automation and the associated IT/OT infrastructure.
Maintaining uptime of all active and passive components and the networking infrastructure including Internet lines (ILL).
Maintain Cyber Security in accordance with corporate cyber security policy/process/standard- Firmware updates of network switches, access control to IT hardware & Software, Antivirus update, Software backups, change management, Information security management system etc.
SAP Implementation & testing in coordination with central IT team.
Providing support to the internal plant team for any Local IT related issues and resolution of the same
IOT based platforms like, Visitor Management, People Management, truck management, EHS portal, Attendance management System.
Ensure Plant IT/OT security in association with Central Security & Governance Team
Support IT Operation in accordance with ITSM/ITIL standard & ensure agreed compliance
Responsible to manage site end user compliance & CSAT score
