Job Description

DGM Verification & Validation services & solutions is a senior role in the organization responsible for handling end to end delivery responsibility while managing India-based or domestic customers. This is a leadership role & the incumbent will be leading a team of program & project manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure of success for this role will be revenue & EBIT ownership with growth targets

Client relation management for large GCC accounts for verification & validation services and solutions

Build and develop winning team(s)for delivery of large system development and managed services projects and large domestic clients.

Understands the contractual obligations written in statement of work and master service agreement to ensure service delivery as per agreed service levels on contract.

Be an advocate and advisory to customers and internal stakeholders on new technologies and platforms. Interface with customers to understand the project requirements and challenges and accordingly create devise winning execution / delivery strategies.

Responsible for driving the talent deployment strategy for the managed account/s

Drive necessary actions to ensure project metrics/KPIs are successfully achieved.

Proactively identify project risks and take appropriate actions to mitigate the same.

Drive quality culture within the team.

Qualification: Should have serviced large domestic clients or GCCs

Should have a proven track record of handling large multi million dollar projects

Should have 5 - 10 yrs experience of leading teams and managing milestone driven delivery on business-critical technology-driven projects

Expected to bring in Service industry delivery mindset

Is a visionary leader, understand and drive change management plans for project future technology needs and inspire people towards that.

Strong Project management experience

Ability to collaborate, influence & lead initiatives across tech & business environments

Strong negotiation & influencing skills

Strong communication skills
