Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and support to drive a culture of quality excellence
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections across construction sites, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Collaborate with project teams to develop quality plans, inspection and test plans, and other quality-related documentation
Establish and maintain key quality metrics and KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and third-party quality auditors, to ensure compliance and certification
Investigate quality incidents and non-conformities, leading root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions
Provide regular quality reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key areas of focus and improvement opportunities
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in quality management, incorporating relevant advancements into the organization's processes
Qualifications
15-20 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in the Real Estate and Construction industry
Demonstrable experience in leading and implementing quality management systems
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with quality standards
