Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum 5-6 years of #lawfirm experience.
The ideal candidate would possess a blend of law firm and in-house experience, with prior experience in the healthcare sector.
Job Responsibilities-
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence reviews of potential acquisition targets and JV partners, identifying legal risks and opportunities, and providing strategic advice to senior management.
- Negotiation & Drafting: Draft various agreements such as collaboration, joint venture, loan, banking, related party, joint development, and long-term lease agreements, along with other documents like NDAs and MoUs, letters of intent, acquisition agreements, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and ancillary documents.
- IPR Management: Identifying and safeguarding the company's IP rights.
Qualification-
- LLB
- 8-12 years of total PQE, with a minimum 5-6 years of law firm experience.
