Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of printed packaging materials in India having manufacturing units at Silvassa, Haridwar Goa and Guwahati. Recently ventured in Flexible Packaging.

Job Description / Responsibilities

Evaluating the ongoing or future investments in new technologies and Searching for the sources of technological improvements to processes, doing feasibility studies for the same & presenting to management for the approval.

Initiating the project, planning, and outlining scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Implement business strategies and procedures to ensure effective project management across the organization.

Monitoring, Controlling & Reporting to achieve desired results by monitoring project progress.

Progress of programmes with site teams and highlight areas of concern and introduce mitigation measures.

Regular site visits as so to assist site teams with planning matters.

Monitor and review compliance with the requirements of the group's management system and report findings, identifying building and maintaining key relationships.

Prepare and manage project timelines, project cost review, project design review.

Co-ordination of input from all departments.

Need to be involved in techno-commercial operations for civil, structural work, plants & machinery, Process equipment including fixing the technical specifications, tendering, negotiation of the orders.
