Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a DGM/GM - Digital and CRO Lead at Centre for Sight Head Office located in Dwarka, New Delhi. The role involves overseeing digital marketing initiatives, optimizing conversion rate strategies, and leading the digital team. Responsibilities include developing and implementing digital campaigns, analyzing data, and driving online revenue growth.

Qualifications and Skills

· MBA in Marketing Management with Digital Marketing with HubSpot, Google ads, Meta Certifications

· Digital Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Online Revenue Growth expertise

· 10-12 Years of experience in Digital Marketing

· Minimum 4 years of experience with HubSpot sales, marketing and operations hub

· Experience in leading digital marketing strategies and campaigns

· Strong Data skills in Excel with analysis and strategic planning skills (Power Bi will be an advantage)

· Strong leadership and team management abilities

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

· Experience in the large scale organized healthcare industry is a plus

· Google Analytics and SEO knowledge is beneficial

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Daily discussions with the SEO, ORM, and CRO team members to review progress, identify what is working, and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of digital initiatives and ensure that all campaigns are on track and delivering desired results.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any day-to-day challenges within the team, ensuring smooth execution of digital activities.

Weekly Responsibilities:

  • Agency Collaboration: Conduct two review meetings each week with external agenciesone focused on website development/maintenance and the other on performance marketing and SEO.
  • Progress Review: Ensure that all strategies are aligned with business goals and address any short-term challenges.

Fortnightly Responsibilities:

  • Departmental Review: Conduct reviews with the head of the department (Sr. VP Brand and Marketing), providing updates on digital performance, conversion rates, and ROAS, while seeking guidance on strategy.

Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Senior Leadership Reporting: Present detailed performance reviews to Directors and other senior stakeholders, providing insights on lead generation, patient conversion, and overall digital marketing effectiveness. Suggest strategic shifts and future plans.

Annual Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Planning: Develop the annual digital marketing strategy, with key performance indicators and milestones for awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Budget Management: Review and adjust the annual budget for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation across platforms to maximize ROAS.
  • Performance Review: Conduct an in-depth review of the years digital activities, identify areas of improvement, and set goals for the next year.
