Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DGM/General Manager - Marketing (Investment Casting) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 10-12 years of experience in the job market context of India.
Responsibilities
Candidate should have experience in managing operations and Technicalities of the entire sales process like Inquiry Generation, Quotations, Order Booking uptil Payment Collection.
Candidate should have knowledge of Foundry operations and should be willing to travel extensively.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to increase sales and revenue
- Manage the marketing team and ensure their performance meets or exceeds expectations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the investment casting industry
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the investment casting industry, including competitors, new products, and changing market conditions
- Create and manage marketing budgets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with the company's brand and messaging
- Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve goals
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of marketing initiatives and results
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 10-12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in the investment casting industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies
- Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments
- Experience with market research and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing software tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
