Responsibilities
- Applicant must have Bachelor's/Masters degree in Mechanical Eng.
- Knowledge of Lean Tools Like VSM ,Systematic Layout Planning ,ECRS,Machine and Operator
balancing ,Most and quality planning tools and experience of automation in assembly line
planning in Automotive ,Heavy Eng Industries .Experience in Green Field or Brown Field Project
handling is desired.
- Knowledge of Methods like MES , Supply of material at right time at right location is
desired ,Visual management
- Ambitious, energetic, self-motivated, self-managed, team player, and results oriented.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Energetic and positive
attitude working with multiple clients on a wide variety of projects.
- Team building, conflict management and resolution, and negotiating skills. Strong oral and
written communication skills.
- Well versed with Indian and International Standards and local statutory norms. Understanding
of the roles played by other functions on projects .
- Understanding of Engineering planning and control methods.
- Experience in reputed Manufacturing Companies will be preferred.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering Planning of Assembly lines ,Cellular line planning and Lean and Right size equipment Knowledge.
