Should have good knowledge of B2B Business
Streamlining workflow, fixing target and achievement of team
Knowledge of product handling Wire & Cable (LT Power Cable / Control Cable)
Should have team handling experience
Good relationship with building contractors / architects
Experience of getting approvals from various government departments and corporate institutes
Should have sound knowledge of Sales & Marketing for Domestic & Industrial wires, instrumentation cable & different types of special cable
Coordination with factory and branch sales team
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent monitoring, coaching and people management skills
Knowledge of semi projects

Preferred / Additional Qualification: MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Minimum Experience: 15-25 Years
Relevant / Additional ExperiencE : Wires & Cable Industries Experience
