Responsibilities
- Lead the civil engineering team in planning, designing, and executing civil components of thermal projects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation for civil engineering activities
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex civil engineering challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project timelines and deliverables
- Implement best practices for quality control, risk management, and safety protocols in civil engineering operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Mentor and coach junior civil engineering staff to foster professional growth and skill development
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of civil engineering processes and standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
