This is a full-time hybrid role for a DFT Engineer at WIPRO. The DFT Engineer will be responsible for

1.Sound knowledge of ATPG/Scan, coverage analysis, EDT compression etc.,

2. Memory BIST implementation and verification

3.Sound debug skills to debug simulation failures at RTL-level and gate-level

4.Exposure to Static timing in DFT modes to debug constraint issues and review/analyze timing reports.
