DFT Engineer (4+ Years of experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Good understanding on DFT concepts like SCAN/ATPG/BSCAN/MBIST.

Experience in Mbist insertion using tessent and mbist validation

Experience in ATPG, drc fix and coverage analysis.

Experience in scan synthesis.

Hands on experience on Simulations with and without timing.

Post silicon debug support.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
