Technical Skills

• Azure & AWS DevOps: 57 years of experience
• Proficient in DevOps pipeline setup, trigger configuration, and deployment.
• DevOps Tool Solutioning: 34 years of experience with tools such as:
• Ansible, Terraform, TerraTest
• YAML-based scripting
• Security scanning and testing
• SonarQube and integration
• Security vulnerability tools and assessments
• Optional: Familiarity with Puppet and Chef
• DevOps Implementation: 46 years implementing DevOps environments and toolchains in Azure and AWS.
• DevOps Automation Scripts: Skilled in automation scripting for DevOps processes.
• Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong understanding of Azure/AWS infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Team Management and Development

• Team Leadership: Experience managing a team of 710 DevOps engineers on large-scale projects.
• Capability Building: Develop subject matter expertise (SME) capabilities, training plans, and mentor DevOps engineers.
• Collaboration: Skilled in working across multiple project teams.
• Recruitment: Conduct interviews and support hiring for the DevOps practice as needed.

Business Development & Strategy

• Case Studies & Artifacts: Ability to develop case studies, practice plans, and implementation strategies.
• Proposal Development: Experience collaborating with Sales and Pre-sales teams to create proposals.
• Customer Engagement: Skilled in delivering presentations and engaging with customers.
• Campaigns: Experience working with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns.
