DevOps Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated DevOps Engineer with a minimum of four years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent client relationship management abilities, and a knack for team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects on time and within budget, coordinating team efforts and managing third-party contractors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, communicating them effectively to the project team.
• Lead project teams, providing direction and support to meet project objectives, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of tools and systems to ensure they meet client needs efficiently.
• Develop and track key performance metrics, preparing and presenting reports on project status and progress.
• Identify and implement process improvements, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of Team Lead experience.
• B.Tech OR BCA OR M.tech OR MCA (Anyone is a must)
• Strong client communication skills.
• Knowledge in networking, DNS, and basic cloud, OS, and Linux.
• Experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with mentoring tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
• Leadership and team motivation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
