Design, develop and practice DevOps to deliver and maintain SaaS services at global scale within the customer facing SLAs and budgets
Reduce MTTR and MTTD s with Observability platform using monitoring, capacity, and trend analysis toolsets
Hands on incident and problem management resolution, reported by internal development teams, technical account managers and customers
Author and maintain build and release pipelines (CI/CD) using technologies like Azure DevOps and Jenkins
Author and maintain IaC automation scripts using Terraform and other equivalent technologies
Be the internal champion in the domain of cloud engineering and provide consultation about right cloud products, industry trends, sizing & budgeting, appropriate use cases etc., to development and other engineering teams
Understand complex technical requirements, turn those requirements into a design, and a fully costed implementation plan
You will be required to create and maintain detailed technical documentation
Technical Project Delivery including risk management and reporting
