Well versed with any of the cloud native application development preferably in GCP with good amount of knowledge in implementing security best practices. Should have familiarity with platform engineering concepts would need to identify the value-chain outcome as part of moving from services model to platform engineering model.
Automation and Scripting: Terraform, Ansible, and Python scripting.
DevOps and CI/CD: Must have hands on experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, github, gitlab, Tekton, and Google Cloud Build. This includes knowledge of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and deployment strategies.
ITSM: Working knowledge in implementing ITSM practices, using incident management, request management, problem management, continuous improvements to drive business success. Should be well conversant with metrics, gaining insights and should be able to deliver improvements measured thru metrics.
SRE: Monitoring and dashboard: Should have experience in using and setting up monitors and dashboard, preferably Dynatrace as part of measuring platform health parameters and review with business.
Building and using APIs (SOAP, XML, RESTFULL, JSON etc.) along working experience of JavaScript, React, Node.js, AngularJS, Regular Expressions, HTML, and CSS in support of web.
Comfortable working as individual capacity or as a team, depending on the business circumstances. Should be self-starter, ability to adept and adapt, rapidly changing business demands.
As Devops engineer (Full stack developer), You will be responsible for developing cloud native solutions, preferably in GCP, by building and productionizing applications augmenting security tools - aligning with Platform Engineering principles.
Work with different application teams and platform teams to identify, build, deploy and support applications, that directly results in shift-left, automation and continuous improvement mindset directly resulting in efficiency in value-chain delivery.
Use Devops pipeline, in taking the solution development cycle taken thru from development, testing and deploying into PROD, with proper Separation of Duties.
Hands on knowledge in using ITSM tools preferably service now, as of utilizing ITSM processes such as incident management, request fulfilment, problem management, continuous service improvement etc.
Hands on experience in configuring and using, monitors and dashboards
Automation and Scripting: Must have experience in automating infrastructure and processes using tools like Terraform and Python scripting.
Respond to customer queries from all channels like Incident, Webex and Email and work until closure. Knowledge on Jira and Rally boards.
Support & Manage go-live and post go-live activities for projects and any releases to production during non-office hours and weekends.
