SA Technologies Inc. is hiring for Devops Engineer in Pune
Requirement/Description:
- Provision and manage infrastructure on AWS, utilizing services like EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, CloudFront and more.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Deploy containerize applications on Kubernetes clusters.
- Automate infrastructure deployment, provisioning and management using Terraform.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand system architecture and contribute to ongoing improvements.
- Create monitoring alerts on different tools like Data Dog, Splunk, Prometheus and maintain them.
- Conduct initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical issues, aiming for swift resolution or escalation to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the resolution of incidents and minimize downtime.
- Utilize incident management tools to log, track, and prioritize incidents according to established procedures.
- Implement preventive measures and contribute to root cause analysis to avoid recurring incidents.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure management concepts and AWS services.
- Experience with Kubernetes cluster management and orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Participate in on-call rotations to address critical incidents outside of regular business hours.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Scripting proficiency using languages like Python, Bash, or Shell for automation tasks.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and logging tools (like Prometheus, Grafana)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
