Mandatory Skills
Engage with and providing support to products owner and platform team Coaching and mentoring of other Engineering team members as well as broader uplifting of devops across the platform team. Understanding requirements, identifying, and thoroughly assessing options, providing recommendations to leadership. Presenting to the platform team and leadership. Supporting the creation of engineering roadmap in line to Technology strategy. Identifying and implementing cost optimization and simplification opportunities. Maintain understanding of nearest neighbor teams and support each other through change. Actively manage, improve, and monitor cloud infrastructure on AWS, EC2, S3, and RDS, including backups, patches, and scaling. Work in an Agile environment with cross-functional scrum teams. Be responsible to promote the culture and practices of following the DevOps principle. Help to shape enterprise solutions to allow better serviceability, monitoring and alerting to meet the increasing business requirements and demands. Keep track of latest release versions and update the running workload consistently across stack. Working with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain APIs Assisting in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code Package and support deployment of releases Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems
